CHALLENGE

Develop a modular creative framework for a series of video assets that can fulfill Rover’s testing objectives on YouTube advertising across multiple focus areas. In addition, reduce production times and costs by utilizing a system that can swap graphics and various RTBs without compromising quality and clarity.

SOLUTION

For this campaign, we produced videos built around three key focus areas, each with 5–7 distinct RTBs (reasons to believe). Our goal? To discover which RTB within each focus area would drive the highest engagement on YouTube.

To do this, we designed a modular video framework that made every creative element—footage, voiceover, graphics, and text—completely swappable. From script to storyboard to final animation, modularity was at the heart of the process, enabling Rover to isolate performance insights for each RTB.

The result? A highly scalable system and an impressive 136 custom videos ready to test and learn what truly clicks with each audience.
