SOLUTION

The design approach centered on inclusivity, selecting furniture that accommodates the diverse needs of all members entering the space. Colors and finishes were thoughtfully chosen to reflect Kaiser’s new branding while maintaining cohesion with the building’s existing floors.

Soft spatial division was achieved through strategic flooring and ceiling design, which also provided subtle wayfinding cues. The defining yellow wall finish gave the department a distinct identity while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
